Prices & Payment Options
The prices payable for the products are displayed next to them and are also viewable in the shopping cart if you select ‘add to cart’. Orders are subject to postage and packing costs (Please see delivery information for more details). Gift Seekers must receive full payment (including postage and packing costs) for your order before your order can be accepted, processed and dispatched. Gift Seekers reserve the rights to change prices without any prior notice. If a price of an item is reduced (for example as a special offer) after you placed its order, Gift Seekers are not liable to reimburse you with the price difference. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavor to inform you of the error within two days of placing the order and we will allow you to either cancel the order or choose to pay the additional difference in price. In very rare occasion, if a product is out of stock (including with suppliers), we will inform you by e-mail within 2 days and will happily refund your purchase.
Gift Seekers accepts all major credit and debit cards including:
Visa, Delta, MasterCard, JCB, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Maestro.
All payments must be made by card via the online secure payment process. We do not accept cheques or cash and only accept card payments over the telephone if the website is experiencing a technical fault in processing card payments through the online secure payment process. If the website malfunctions or displays an error message during any stage of your shopping, please inform us by e-mail on support@giftseekers.co.uk or by telephone on 0208 958 3763.
Privacy Policy
At Gift Seekers we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information collected from you to complete your orders or to provide any subscribed service (in accordance with the data Protection Act 1998). We do not hold any of your card details you may have entered during your shopping transactions. This information is kept secure and encrypted with our card processing service providers (Protx) on their secure servers.
We share limited information with third parties such as Name and address solely to complete your order. This includes the couriers or suppliers in some cases. No card details or other information is shared. Our suppliers also maintain a privacy policy and will not pass your details to any other third parties.
If you wish to unsubscribe to any of our services, please login in to the website and go to ‘My Account’ which can be found in the top navigation bar after logging in. Here you will be able to delete or amend any information you previously supplied or unsubscribe to any of our services.
We use technology to track our visitors’ movements around the website. This includes the use of a ‘cookie’ which will be stored in your web browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. Cookies are generally safe and cannot harm your computer in any way. Cookies help to keep track of items in your shopping cart and shoppers visit history. These patterns assist in understanding general buying behaviour which is used in our website improvement process.

All card payments made on this website are securely processed by Protx Ltd. Protx payment systems use a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Data transferred is encrypted and digitally signed to ensure the information passed is secure and tamper proof. Their internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign ensuring that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.
All data stored on Protx systems are encrypted and in highly secured databases. Protx is regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.

Note: We only deliver to UK mainland addresses at present.
Most deliveries are done using Royal Mail or Parcel Force and are expected to arrive within 3 - 5 working days from your order dispatch date.
An e-mail to confirm dispatch will be sent to the purchaser. You can also check the status of your order under ‘My Account’ by logging in. If you do not receive your items within 5 working days from receipt of the dispatch confirmation e-mail, please contact customer care on 0208 958 3763 or e-mail to us with the order details on info@giftseekers.co.uk
All deliveries will arrive between 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday or 9am to 12pm Saturday. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give a specific delivery time. No deliveries will arrive on Sunday or Bank Holidays.
If the delivery address provided is communal or shared such as student halls of residence, hospitals, hostels etc where anyone other than the recipient can accept the delivery, Gift Seekers will not be held responsible for items not received.
Some deliveries may require signature on delivery, we therefore recommend that you get your order(s) delivered where there will be someone reliable (known to you or the recipient) to receive it.
In the event of no-one being at the delivery address to take receipt of the parcel, the courier will leave a card to inform the recipient to make a collection of the parcel from the local post office. At this point it then becomes the responsibility of the recipient to arrange for the collection or delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us after 1 week by Royal Mail due to failure to collect, a additional delivery charge will apply for re-packaging and re-sending of the order.
In the event of a parcel being returned to us, we will refund the cost of your order. If an error has been made by the customer, such as an incomplete address, the cost of redelivery will have to be paid before we dispatch your items. We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the timeframe specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by email and arrange alternatives.
Gift Seekers will not take liability of any delays caused by our carriage providers.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return your order or have received incorrect item (our mistake in packing), you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
If you are returning an item because you selected the wrong item or you are not happy with it, you can return it for a refund but you will only be refunded the price of the product and NOT the postage you paid during your purchase.
Please email us at returns@giftseekers.co.uk for a returns address. We will also issue you with a returns authorisation code which will enable us to process your returns quickly. Returns will not be processed without the authorisation codes, therefore please obtain one before returning any items. All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage, with the following enclosed:
- a note with the returns authorization code.
- a brief reason for return.
- whether you would like us to replace (if faulty), exchange it for another item or prefer a refund.
Note: If you have requested an exchange of an item which requires a price difference to pay, we may contact you. If the price of exchanging item is less than what you paid, we will refund the difference to your card.
We will not be held liable for packages lost in transit on their way to us. We therefore strongly recommend you to return the items using recorded delivery or any other secure method and retain the receipt until you have received your credit for the return.
Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of incorrectly supplied item.
Important: Remember to email us at returns@giftseekers.co.uk for the returns authorisation code before returning any items.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order provided it has not been dispatched. This can be done via e-mail to info@giftseekers.co.uk However, a charge of £ 2.00 for Debit cards and 3.23% for Credit cards will be deducted from the refund to cover Administration and Bank charges.
If your order is returned back to us by Royal Mail due to non-collection from the post office and you wish to cancel the order. A refund equivalent to the purchase price of the items will be given (excluding delivery charge). Cancellation charge will also apply.
Complaint procedures
At Gift Seekers, we put every effort to provide the best possible customer service and support. If you are unhappy about any of our products or services please call customer care on 0208 958 3763 and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues. However, if you prefer to email, please email to us on complaints@giftseekers.co.uk. Any comments you have will be welcomed by us, taken very seriously and treated in the strictest confidence. All complaints will be investigated as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. We will advise of the timescale for resolving your complaint and keep you informed via email of progress at all times.
Order Acceptance and Liability.
Gift Seekers LLP have the right to accept or decline an order for sale of any items offered in this website. No contract will be engaged between you and Gift Seekers LLP for the sale of any item by Gift Seekers LLP to you unless and until Gift Seekers accepts your order by confirming via e-mail that it has dispatched your ordered products. This acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have effectively communicated to you at the time Gift Seekers send the e-mail to you (whether or not you have received the e-mail).
Neither Gift Seekers LLP nor any of its affiliates or members will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, consequential damages or loss of data, income or profit. In addition, Gift Seekers does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this website is accurate, complete or current.
